Shipping Information

We strive to offer the most affordable and reliable shipping options. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days or USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.  Depending on your order and location, we may also use a different carrier when applicable, and the most cost-effective shipping method will be selected automatically.
Our standard processing time is 24 hours, however, some orders may take longer.  Orders placed after 2 PM on Friday or during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping transit times are ESTIMATES and provided for reference based on carrier.  Carrier delays happen.  While most orders arrive in a timely manner, we DO NOT make any guarantees on delivery times.

Important Information About Vape Mail Orders

In accordance with federal regulations, all vape mail orders require an Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing adult products. This ensures compliance with age restrictions by requiring the recipient to present a valid government-issued photo ID to the delivery driver for verification.

The Adult Signature Confirmation service incurs an additional fee of $8, which will be reflected during checkout. Please also note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
