Refund policy
GENERALLY
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened, in its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@trydeathrow.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Returns typically take 5-10 business days to process after receipt.support@trydeathrow.com

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@trydeathrow.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right. Include photos and your order number for evaluation.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hemp products, unless defective or incorrect.
- Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items
- Personal care goods such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items, gift cards, or promotional items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We reserve the right to deny claims for items misused or damaged by the customer.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item:
- Return the original item per the process above
- Place a new order for the desired item
We will process your return and refund, and you can purchase the new item separately for fastest resolution.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether the refund is approved. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
- Processing times by your bank or credit card company may vary
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@trydeathrow.com. We reserve the right to deny refunds for returns that do not meet eligibility criteria or involve fraudulent activity.

LEGAL AND FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to deny returns that violate our Terms of Service, including fraudulent returns or misuse of products. Returns for orders canceled due to non-compliance with federal or state hemp laws (e.g., shipping to prohibited jurisdictions) are not eligible for refunds. Disputes arising from this policy are subject to the governing law and arbitration provisions in our Terms of Service.
