Hemp Rules Are Changing This December. Here’s What You Need to Know.
Big changes are coming to the hemp industry this December.
New federal rules are set to dramatically tighten what qualifies as legal hemp, including restrictions that could impact many of the THCA flower and hemp-derived THC products currently available nationwide.
What does that mean for Death Row Hemp?
For now, it’s business as usual.
We’re continuing to stock and sell the products you know and love for as long as we legally can. But as the December deadline gets closer, some of today’s products may have to change—or disappear altogether.
The industry is actively pushing for changes to the new rules, and there’s still a lot that can happen between now and December. We’ll continue watching those developments and adapting as things become clearer.

We’re not going anywhere—but the hemp market may look very different after December.
So if there’s a strain, flower, pre-roll, or other product you keep coming back for, now might be a good time to enjoy it while it’s still available.
